Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application of intravenous combined anesthesia combined with axillary brachial plexus anesthesia in pediatric hand injury.Methods:65 children patients with hand injury were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in group A were given ketamine and propofol combined with axillary brachial plexus anesthesia.Patients in group B was given ketamine and propofol anesthesia.The systolic blood pressure(SP),heart rate(HR),respiration(RR),blood oxygen saturation(SPO2) before anesthesia,during operation and after operation were recorded in two groups,and the awakening time, ketamine and propofol dosage were recorded.Results:The blood pressure, heart rate,respiration,blood oxygen saturation and other vital signs were stable in group A.The vital signs of group B were obviously changed.The ketamine and propofol dosage decreased significantly and the awakening time was significantly shorter in group A during the anesthesia process.Conclusion:Intravenous combined anesthesia combined with axillary brachial plexus anesthesia is more suitable for pediatric hand injury anesthesia.关键词
