Clinical effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for anesthesia in cesarean section
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the anesthetic effect of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in cesarean section.Methods:100 cases of primiparae with cesarean section were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the control group were given ropivacaine anesthesia.Patients in the observation group were given ropivacaine combined with sufentanil anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of two groups was compared.Results:The blood pressure and heart rate of the observation group at the beginning of operation were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The onset time of sensory block,the duration of analgesia and the vas score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for cesarean section had rapid onset of anaesthesia and long duration of analgesia.关键词
