异丙酚-芬太尼麻醉在人工流产麻醉中的应用价值分析
Application value analysis of propofol-fentanyl anesthesia in artificial abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of propofol-fentanyl anesthesia in artificial abortion.Methods:140 cases of patients with artificial abortion were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 70 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given lidocaine anesthesia.Patients in the observation group were given propofol-fentanyl anesthesia.The intraoperative blood loss,pain grading and the incidence of postoperative adverse reaction between groups were compared.Results:The pain grading of the observation group was grade Ⅰ;there were 2 cases with grade Ⅰ,46 cases with gradeⅡ and 22 cases with grade Ⅲ in the control group.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of intraoperative blood loss between groups(P>0.05).The adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Propofol-fentanyl anesthesia in artificial abortion had significant application value and the patients had no pain.关键词
