Clinical observation of ambroxol combined with dexamethasone inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchitis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with dexamethasone inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchitis.Methods:94 cases of children with bronchiolitis were divided into the observation group and the control group randomly.Patients in the control group were given routine symptomatic treatment.Patients in the observation group were given ambroxol combined with dexamethasone inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect and symptom disappearance time of two groups were compared.Results:The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 97.9%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 83.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The related symptom disappearance time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with dexamethasone inhalation in the treatment of infantile bronchitis could improve the clinical effect significantly and promote the rapid recovery of the children's body.关键词
