老年期精神分裂症临床特征分析
Clinical analysis of features of senile schizophrenia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical feature of senile schizophrenia patients in hospital in order to provide basis for clinical intetvention.Methods:The clinical data of 100 senile schizophrenia patients was retrospective analysed.Results:Hospitalized elderly patients with schizophrenia had low educational level,long course of disease,and repeated hospitalization.Men were mostly unmarried, divorced,with paranoid premorbid personality and positive family history.Women were married, widowed,premorbid personality relatively intact,with less positive family history.Physical disease was one of the main factors. The most common clinical symptoms as delusions,hallucinations,behavioral disorders,about half of the pateitns had decreased memory.Most of them with paranoid type and most of them combined somatic disease,the treatment efficiency was low.Conclusion:Senile schizophrenia have certain characteristics of division,which should be paid attention.关键词
