补阳还五汤配合康复疗法治疗脑梗死的效果探讨

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:64 patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 32 cases. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.Patients in the observation group were given Buyang Huanwu decoction based on the control group.The neurological deficit scores of two groups before and after treatment were observed,and treatment effect of two groups was compared.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than that of the control group of 62.5% (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of cerebral infarction is significantly,with no adverse reactions.关键词
