前列地尔联合疏血通治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of alprostadil combined with shuxuetong in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of alprostadil combined with shuxuetong in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods:94 cases of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were divided into two groups randomly,with 47 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment.Patients in the observation group were given alprostadil combined with shuxuetong treatment based on the conventional treatment.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.11%.The total effective rate of the control group was 65.96%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the indicators of the two groups were significantly improved;the improvement of the indicators in the observation group were better than those of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious adverse drug reaction in the control group.1 case in the observation group had skin redness and itching symptoms.Conclusion:Alprostadil combined with shuxuetong in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemia vertigo had significant clinical curative effect and less adverse reaction,which could improve the vertigo symptoms and blood rheology index significantly.关键词
