摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with traditional Chinese medicine sticking combined with tamoxifen.Methods:240 patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands were slected.They were divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with tamoxifen treatment.Patients in the observation group patients with small doses of tamoxifen citrate tablets and paste the self-made breast medicine paste.The course of treatment for the two groups were 3 months.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 88.5% higher than that of the control group of 50.8% (P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine sticking combined with tamoxifen in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia is better.关键词
