内服外敷中药治疗妇人腹痛68例疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of internal and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of abdominal pain in women.Methods:136 cases of woman with abdominal pain were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 68 in each.Patients in the control group were given lithospermum oil gauze external application at lower abdomen.Patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group, the total effective rate of 98.5% was significantly higher than 82.4% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of internal and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of abdominal pain in women was significant.关键词
