Abstract
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical value of comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of acute abdomen.Methods:136 patients with acute abdomen were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 68 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were given comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination.Patients in the control group were given traditional selective abdominal ultrasound examination.The examination results and follow-up results of two groups were compared.Results:The diagnose accordance rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Although the comprehensive abdominal ultrasound examination is time-consuming, but it can significantly increase the diagnose accurate rate of acute abdomen,shorten the time of clinical diagnosis.It has a high clinical application value.关键词
