Abstract
Objective:To explore the reasons for the failure of microbial culture specimens,analyze the main influencing factors, and find out the effective countermeasures.Methods:6 000 microbiological specimens were selected,including sputum,blood,urine and so on.We analyzed the unqualified results and reasons.Results:In 6 000 samples,1 256 copies were not acceptable,and the failure rate was 20.93%.Through the investigation and analysis,the main reasons included the bad service of medical staff,the wrong patient sample collection steps and so on.Conclusion:The reasons for the failure of microorganism culture specimens were various.The relevant staff should enhance the sense of responsibility,strengthen management,and then improve the qualified rate of microbial culture specimens.关键词
