Effect analysis of nursing intervention and health education on physical rehabilitation of patients with medical abortion

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention and health education on physical rehabilitation of patients with medical abortion.Methods:160 cases of patients with medical abortion were divided into the experimental group and the control group randomly,with 80 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional nursing.Patients in the experimental group were given nursing intervention and health education on the basis of conventional nursing.The nursing satisfaction degree,vaginal bleeding time,infection of two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 93.75%;the nursing satisfaction degree of the control group was 72.50%.The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group;the infection rate was lower than that of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention and health education could improve the nursing satisfaction degree of patients with medical abortion and it was conducive to the physical rehabilitation of patients.关键词
