早期护理干预对防治新生儿黄疸的效果分析
Effect analysis of early nursing intervention on prevention and treatment of neonatal jaundice
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of early nursing intervention on prevention and treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods:88 newborns were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group.The reference group was given routine nursing.The study group was given early nursing intervention measures.The incidence of neonatal jaundice and effect were observed in the two groups.Results:The incidence of jaundice in the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).2 days,4 days after intervention,the serum bilirubin concentrations of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the first row of meconium time,meconium turned yellow time,the weight after birth 5 days were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention in newborn can effectively prevent the occurrence of jaundice,and promote the recovery of the disease.关键词
