Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combination therapy of fire needle and 308nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo.Methods One hundred patients of vitiligo were divided into two groups randomly.Fifty patients in treatment group were treated twice weekly with 308nm excimer laser exposure combined with fire needle prick asi point(local lesion)once a week; fifty patients in control group were treated twice weekly with 308nm excimer laser exposure simply;Two groups all continuous treatment 6 to 12 weeks,evaluate the clinical curative effect and adverse reactions.Results The treatment group effective rate was 84.0%,66.0% in control group,Difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);two group patients are not serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The combination of fire needle with 308nm excimer laser is effective and safe in the treatment of vitiligo.关键词
