美国医学博士（PhD）培养的特点和启示
Characteristics of medical PhD training in America and its implication to China
摘要
Abstract
As educational reform is getting deepened,how to produce talented degree holders with strong research capability is an issue that deserves our thinking.Based on literature at home and abroad and the author's first-hand observation as a visiting scholar in America,this paper proposes the following suggestions to help train innovative talents:widely recruiting students of different specialties into PhD training programs,mentors'holding more positive and tolerant attitude,encouraging graduate students'critical thinking,and strengthening academic exchanges.关键词
