大同地区中小学教师教育技术能力培训状况调查-以“国培计划”短期集中参训教师为例
Survey of primary and secondary school teachers'educational technology ability training in Datong area:A case study of "National Training Program"teachers of extensive training
摘要
Abstract
"National Training Program",a major project of the state,has been playing a very important role in the cultivation of teachers 'educational technology ability.But through in-depth investigation and interview,we found that there are problems in many aspects of Datong teachers 'educational technology ability training,such as curricular design,training methods,training management system and the teachers themselves.The paper puts forward the corresponding suggestions as follows:optimizing training objectives and contents, enriching training methods, perfecting the training management system,and influencing internal factors by means of external factors.We hope to provide some reference for next round of such training.关键词
