教学医院科研平台在研究生科研能力培养中的作用
Role of the scientific research platform of teaching hospitals in cultivating graduate students'research ability
摘要
Abstract
Based on the operation situation of the hospital scientific research platform in the past five years,this paper analyzes our experience in teaching reform and practice regarding teaching and learning,discusses the factors restricting the development of the platform in teaching hospitals,and proposes countermeasures.It then points out that the scientific research platform should be managed at various levels and with different purposes so as to promote mutual benefits and common development of teaching and learning.关键词
