Abstract
The standardized patient (SP)is used increasingly worldwide in clinical skills training and assessment.However,there is no consensus at home and abroad as to how to make SP truly achieve standardization.Based on the implementation of SP at our college and referring to the literature,this paper discusses the standardized settings of SP volunteer recruitment,training procedure,and personnel management.Some feasible schemes and suggestions are also proposed to advance the standardization process of SP in China.Several years'practice shows that perfecting SP standardization system produces favorable effects in upgrading the quality of the assessment.关键词
