Research on Obstacles and Countermeasures of the Citizenization about the Health Rights and Interests of the Agricultural Transfer Population in the Perspective of New Urbanization
总结归纳了我国城镇化进程中农业转移人口的健康现状及其健康权益市民化过程中存在的问题，并提出下列建议：农业转移人口健康权益市民化过程中，必须强化政府责任，坚持以人为本，加强社会道德伦理建设，有针对性地根据农业转移人口自身特征规划城市医疗资源配置、调整医疗保障制度、提升服务质量，构建多层次、联动的卫生服务体系。
