经鼻孔蝶窦入路神经内镜下垂体瘤切除术对老年垂体瘤患者预后的影响
The prognosis influence of pituitary tumor resection by nostril transsphenoidal approach with endo scopic in the elderly patients with pituitary tumor

Abstract
Objective To explore the prognosis influence of pituitary tumor resection by nostril transsphenoidal approach with endoscopic in the elderly patients with pituitary tumor. Method Selected 92 cases of pituitary tumor patients accepted by our hospital from May 2011 to May 2014, they were divided into observation group and control group randomly. Conventional therapy were took on both groups, pituitary adenoma resection by descends endoscopic were used for observation group and pituitary adenoma resection by microscope downside were used for control group. Two groups of patients were followed up for 12 months, the perioperative indexes, postoperative complications and prognosis were observed between the two groups. Result The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospitalization days of observation group were less than control group (P < 0.05). There were significant differences in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P < 0.05). The clinical symptoms improved rate of two groups in 6 months after operation were 79.2% and 64.0%, and the rate of two groups in 1 year after operation were 93.8% and 72.0%respectively, the results were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Pituitary tumor resection by nostril transsphenoidal approach with endoscopic in the elderly patients with pituitary tumor has a good effect, with fewer complications and better prognosis. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
