Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Method 200 patients with severe hemorrhoids in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids therapy) and control group (Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy therapy), 100 patients in each group, the perioperative indicators, long-term prognosis and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Result The operation time and length of stay in observation group were shorter than control group (P < 0.05), the amount of bleeding in observation group was less than control group (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the improvement rates of prolapse of hemorrhoid, hematochezia, tenesmus and pruritus ani between the two groups (P > 0.05), the improvement rate of anal moisture in observation group was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05). The first day after surgery, the VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids can shorten surgery time, reduce amount of bleeding, relieve pain, shorter length of stay, clinical work should be based on the specific circumstances of the patient to choose the appropriate treatment.关键词
