Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of 5 kinds of hazard elements in API of Shirun Shaoshang Ointment and to elevate its quality. Methods After microwave digestion,the samples were determined by Inductively Coupled plasma-Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) for full quantitative analysis of hazard elements in API. Results 7 kinds of API such as pericarpium papaveris in 22 batches of sam-ples were determined,and the results showed that different batches of different samples contained different contents of Pb,As,Hg,Cd and Cu. The result had guidance significance to the product′s quality control. Conclusion The situation of Chinese medicines containing high level of hazard elements is quite serious,so more attention should be paid to the production process.关键词
