摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pioglitazone hydrochloride in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and its influence on the related hormone level and blood lipid metabolism. Methods 76 cases of patients with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups,38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metformin,while the observation group was treated with pioglitazone hydrochloride on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the changes of blood lipid levels of serum estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)and other hormone levels and total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL)of the two groups were detected. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 74%,which was significantly higher than 73. 68% of the control group ( P < 0. 05). The serum FSH,LH,T levels of the observation group was significantly de-creased compared with before treatment,and the decrease was obviously more than the control group ( P < 0. 05). The TC,TG,LDL levels of the observation group was significantly reduced,while the HDL was significant increased than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Pioglitazone hydrochloride has an obvious therapeutic effect in treatment of PCOS,can effectively improve patient sex hor-mone levels,and correct the lipid metabolic disorders,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
