摘要

Abstract

Objective To improve the quality standard of Zuguang Powder. Methods Salicylic acid and benzoic acid were identified by HPLC. The Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used with the mobile phase of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid(45 :55) at a flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 226 nm. Results The peak retention time of the test solution cor-responds to the reference solution with the negative control without the corresponding peaks. Benzoic acid was linear within 60. 30-1 206. 04 μg/mL( r=0. 999 8),salicylic acid was linear within 40. 54-810. 81 μg/mL( r=0. 999 7);the average recovery rate of benzoic acid was 99. 47%,RSD=0. 76%( n=6),the average recovery rate of salicylic acid was 95. 93%,RSD=1. 15%( n=6). Conclusion The method is accurate and repeatable,which can be used for the quality control of Zuguang Powder.
