摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the content determination method of astragaloside Ⅳ in Kangshuan Tongluo Pills by HPLC-ELSD. Methods The Lichrom-C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was adopted,the column temperature was 30 ℃,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(32 :68),the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. The gas flow rate was 2. 0 mL/min,the drift tube temperature was 90 ℃. Results The injection volume of astragaloside Ⅳshowed good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0. 778-3. 89 μg( r=0. 999 9),the average recovery rate was 99. 02%,RSD=1. 43%( n=9). Conclusion This method is simple to operate,it is rapid and accurate,and can be used as the quality control method of Kangshuan Tongluo Pills.关键词
