Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets. Methods The chro-matographic column was Waters Fire C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(20 : 80),the detection wavelength was 283 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear relation was good when the injection volume of naringin was in the range of 0. 280 32-2. 803 2 μg( r=1. 000 0,n=5). The average recovery rate was 99. 15%,and RSD was 1. 65%( n=9). Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,has good repeatability,high sensitivity and is reliable,which can be used for the content determination of naringin in Guci Tablets.关键词
