摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the content of heavy metals in Coptis teeta Wall. from different markets. Methods Five metallic ele-ments of Pb,Cd,Cu,As,Hg were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry after microwave digestion. Results The quantitative of Pb,Cd,Cu,As,Hg were different in the samples;the contents of residual fluctuated were in a certain range,but were still less than the national and industry standards for heavy metals. Conclusion The method is accurate with good repeatability,which can be used in judgment the quality of commercial Coptis teeta Wall. ,and can promote rational use of drugs in clinic.关键词
