784例注射用红花黄色素临床用药合理性分析

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical use of Safflower Yellow Injection and to evaluate the rationality of it,and to provide the objective reference for the rational use of Safflower Yellow Injection. Methods Retrospective researching method was adopted for the study,medical records of 784 inpatients treated with Safflower Yellow Injection from July to September 2014 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. The data such as clinical diagnosis,syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,single dosage,daily dosing frequen-cy,dispensing solvent and course of treatment were analyzed. Results Of the cases treated with Safflower Yellow Injection,the single dosage and the dosing frequency were in conformity with the drug′s instruction. However,inconsistency was found in indication,syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,dispensing solvent and course of treatment. About 33. 04% were consistent with the indications,of which 53. 70% were consistent with the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,82. 53% were consistent with the dispensing solvent,and 3. 95% were consistent with the course of treatment. Conclusion There are some problems in the use of safflower yellow injection. It is suggested to strengthen the training of doctors,to timely correct the problems of clinical use of SYI,so that to improve the level of rational drug use.关键词
