某院2014年度门诊用药不合理情况调查分析

Abstract
Objective Through analyzing the hospital′s outpatient prescriptions to discover problems,and to adopt corresponding measures to improve the level of the hospital′s outpatient prescription qualified rate and drug use. Methods 14 336 prescriptions of the hospital outpatient in 2014 were randomly selected,and statistical analysis of the unreasonable prescriptions and antibiotics usage were per-formed. Results The number of unreasonable prescriptions was 505 pieces,accounting for 3. 52% of the total prescriptions,with the main manifestation being unsuitable drug usage and dosage,as well as unsuitable drug choice. The rate of using antibacterial drugs in the hospital was 45. 47%,in which 5 218 pieces were single prescription (36. 40%),double combination prescription 1 253 pieces (8. 74%)and multi combination prescription 48 pieces(0. 33%). Conclusion There are some irrational drug usage phenomena in the hospital outpatient prescriptions that need to be improved. While increasing training for physicians and communications between pharma-cists and doctors,the related departments of the government should also improve the prescription system to promote safe and reasonable drug use.关键词
