Abstract
Objective To standardize the management of drugs in the hospital ward,improve the quality of the medicine management in the ward,and ensure the safety of the patients. Methods With the requirements of the Three Grade Comprehensive Hospital Accredita-tion,the unified management was implemented in the aspects of pharmacy,medicine,pharmacy,medicine storage and maintenance,high risk drugs,narcotic drugs and emergency medicine management. Continuous improvement methods and processes were developed and the effect was analyzed and evaluated. Results Through the direct intervention of the Department of Pharmacy and the close cooperation of the nursing department,the ward alternate medication management was standardized,the management awareness of the ward nurses was improved,and the qualification rate of the high-risk drugs,narcotic and psychotropic drugs,emergency medicine management in the ward reached 90% and above,making the wards more in line with the requirements of the Three Grade Comprehensive Hospital Ac-creditation. Conclusion The implementation of the institutionalized,standardized and systematic management in the hospital wards is ef-fective for the management of drugs.关键词
