摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaoer Feirekechuan Oral Solution combined with Azithromycin for treating pedi-atric mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods 86 children with pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Azithromycin on the basis of comprehensive treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Xiaoer Feirekechuan Oral Solution on the basis of the control group. The clinical ef-ficacy of two groups was evaluated according to the symptom,physical sign,and the results of examination. The adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 70%,which was significantly higher than 81. 40% in the control group( P < 0. 05);the duration of the symptoms including cough,expectoration and palpitations in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Xiaoer Feirekechuan Oral Solution combinded with Azithromycin for treating children with pediatric mycoplasmal pneumonia has good effect without causing evident adverse reactions,it is worthy of promotion.关键词
