Abstract
Objective To make an investigation into the condition of the skin test of penicillins and cephalosporins among the hospitals in Mianyang City, thus to help guarantee the standard execution of the skin test. Methods The stratified random sampling was used to extract 10 hospitals in Mianyang. Then the condition of the execution of the skin test was acquired through questionnaire. Results 180 pieces of questionnaire were completed in 10 hospitals. There was not an agreement on whether the skin test should be done when peo-ple take oral dosage forms. When it referred to the procedure of skin test, the inconformity existed among different departments in dif-ferent hospitals, even different nurses. Conclusion To make sure the safety of patience, the work of the skin test of penicillins or cephalosporins should be standardized with no delay.关键词
