氨溴索术前雾化吸入预防老年患者髋关节置换术后呼吸道感染30例疗效观察
Preoperative Aerosol inhalation on Respiratory Tract Infection for Treating Elderly Patients with Hip Arthroplasty in 30 Cases

Abstract
Objective To explore the impacts of preoperative preventive inhalation on respiratory tract infection in elderly patients with hip arthroplasty. Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into four groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine preoperative respiratory preparations. In group A, patients were treated with routine pre-operative respiratory preparations combined with aerosol inhalation for 1 d. In group B, patients were treated routine preoperative respira-tory preparations plus aerosol inhalation for 3 d. In group C, patients were treated with routine preoperative respiratory preparations and aerosol inhalation for 5 d. The four groups were treated with aerosol inhalation for 3 d after operation. 5 d after operation, the tempera-ture, cough, sputum, leukocyte count, chest X-ray, sputum bacteria culture were evaluated respectively, and the respiratory system infection diagnostic criteria was used to determine the situation of respiratory tract infection in the four groups. Results There was no significant difference between A group and control group involved in the rate of respiratory tract infection. Although the incidence of respiratory tract infection in group B had no significant difference compared with group C ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) , these incidences were all lower than that of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The incidence of respiratory tract infection in elderly patients with hip arthroplasty can be reduced after treatment with general cares combined with preoperative aerosol inhalation for 3 d.关键词
