氟桂利嗪联合血塞通治疗老年偏头痛68例疗效及安全性评价

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of flunarizine combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of elderly migraine. Methods 136 cases of elderly migraine patients were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method. The control group was given alone flunarizine treatment, while the study group received flunarizine combined with Xue-saitong. The clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction were compared between the two group. Results The number of episodes in the study group and the control group after treatment were [ ( 8. 11 ± 0. 93 ) times/month vs ( 25. 58 ± 2. 55 ) times/month, ( 14. 30 ± 1. 55 ) times/month ratio ( 25. 28 ± 2. 71 ) times/month ] , and pain severity score [ VAS score, ( 1. 36 ± 0. 12 ) points vs ( 4. 53 ± 0. 61 ) points, ( 2. 82 ± 0. 32 ) points vs ( 4. 62 ± 0. 48 ) points ] were both significantly decreased than before treatment, while the duration of attack [ ( 3. 36 ± 0. 41 ) h vs ( 11. 41 ± 1. 36 ) h, ( 6. 43 ± 0. 60 ) h vs ( 11. 29 ± 1. 41 ) h ] were significantly shorter than before treatment ( P ﹤0. 05 ) . The number of episodes, the onset of pain score and duration in the study group improved significantly than those in the control group after treatment ( P ﹤ 0. 05 );the total effective rate was 91. 18%, which was significantly higher than 72. 06% of the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group showed no significant difference with the control group ( 10. 29%vs 8. 82% , P ﹥ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Flunarizine combined with Xuesaitong elderly migraine curative efficacy is better than that of treatment with flunarizine, without obvious adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
