沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合无创通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭32例OACSTPCD
Seretide Combined with Noninvasive Ventilation for Treating Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Respiratory Failure in 32 Cases
目的：探讨沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂联合无创正压通气治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病呼吸衰竭的临床效果及护理对策。方法将老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，两组患者均给予无创双水平正压通气，研究组在此基础上给予沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂吸入，而对照组则未给予其他治疗措施，比较两组患者治疗前后动脉血气变化情况及肺功能变化情况。结果治疗后，研究组氧分压（PaO2）明显高于对照组，二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）则明显低于对照组（ t＝3.62，2.8…查看全部>>
