Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for improving the management level of the pharmacy and hospital employees. Methods The current situation of hospital pharmacy management and employees and problems were analyzed,and the development trend of hospi-tal pharmacies and practitioners was forecast. Results and Conclusion The hospital pharmacy and pharmacy practitioners should see the situation,identify the direction of development as soon as possible to work harder on practicing pharmacist training,GSP certification details,focus on the development of clinical pharmacy disciplines,comply with requirements of the times,switch its target from manage the drugs to patient-oriented pharmacy services,provide comprehensive,systematic,standardized and scientific management,effectively play the role of professional and managerial pharmacists,comprehensively promote the development of hospital pharmacy practice and theory.关键词
