摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of the quercetin and kaempferide in Lysimachia christinae Tablets. Methods The Agilent C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)was used with methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid solu-tion(50 ∶50)as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 360 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The sample side of quercetin in the range of 1. 034-20. 68 μg/mL showed the good linear relation with the peak area( r=0. 999 3),The average recovery rate was 97. 53%,RSD was 0. 89%( n=6);The sample side of kaempferide in the range of 2. 061-41. 22 μg/mL showed the good linear relation with the peak area( r=0. 999 1),The average recovery rate was 98. 11%,RSD was 0. 76%( n=6). Conclusion The method is simple,accurately and reproducible,it can be used to determine the quercetin and kaempferide in Lysimachia Christinae Tablets.关键词
