Investigation and Analysis on Off-Label Drug Use in Pediatric Outpatients
目的：了解儿科门诊超说明书用药情况，为开展儿科药学服务、促进儿童安全用药提供依据。方法通过对某院儿科门诊处方进行抽查，随机抽取某院儿科门诊2015年1月处方900张，对药物使用情况及超说明书用药情况进行统计和分析。结果儿科门诊超说明书用药发生率为28.00%，有11种药物出现超说明书用药。呼吸系统疾病处方抽取最多，超说明书用药比例为34.57%。感染性疾病处方量相对较少，但超说明书用药比例最高，占39.13%。超说明书用药类型最多的为超年龄（45…查看全部>>
Objective To understand the situation of off-label drug use in pediatric outpatients,and to provide references for carrying out pediatric pharmaceutical care and promote the safe medication of children.
