Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism action of antibiotics combined with Qianjin Tablets in treating uterus meningitis. Methods 150 cases with uterus meningitis from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,75 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional treatment,the study group was given antibiotics combined with Qianjin Tablets. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 92. 00%,which was signifi-cantly higher than 64. 00% of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);there were 65 cases returned to normal menstruation after treatment,and the recovery rate of 86. 67%(65/75),which was significantly higher than 60. 00% of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05);the endometrial thickness of the study group was(5. 65 ± 0. 54)mm after treatment,which was significantly larger than(4. 54 ± 0. 44)mm of the con-trol group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Antibiotics combined with Qianjin Tablets in treating uterus meningitis has significant clinical ef-ficacy,can repair the endometrium,endometrial thickening,and can more effectively improve the cure rate.关键词
