复方罗布麻片治疗高血压病的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of compound Kendir leaves tablets in treatment of hypertension .METHODS:100 cases with hypertension admitted into Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital were selected to be divided into two groups via the random number table , with 50 cases in each .The control group were given nifedipine , while the observation group received compound Kendir leaves tablets;after treatment of 28 d, the improvement of blood pressure , clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two group of patients.RESULTS: In observation group , the decline of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were respectively 25 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa) and 15 mmHg, higher than that in control group 17 and 10 mmHg, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%(46/50), higher than that of control group 80.00%( 40/50 ) , with significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .There were 9 cases ( 18.00%) of palpitation , 14 cases ( 28.00%) of nausea , 10 cases ( 20.00%) of vomit in control group , higher than that in observation group , respectively 2 cases ( 4.00%) , 6 cases ( 12.00%) and 5 cases ( 10.00%) , with significant difference ( P <0.05 ) .CONCLUSIONS: The clinical efficacy of compound Kendir leaves tablets in treatment of hypertension is significant , with few adverse reactions .It is worthy of promotion .关键词
