Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To compare the cost-effectiveness of Rosuvastatin calcium tablets , Atorvastatin calcium capsules and Atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of coronary heart disease .METHODS:150 cases of coronary heart disease admitted from Jun .2013 to Dec.2015 were selected to be divided into group A , group B and group C via the random number table , with 50 cases in each.Group A were treated with Rosuvastatin calcium tablets , group B received Atorvastatin calcium capsules and group C were given Atorvastatin calcium tablets;the changes of blood lipid level of 3 group of patients were analyzed; the efficacy and economic efficiency were compared .RESULTS: After treatment, the blood lipid level of 3 groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The total effective rate of group A , group B and group C were respectively 86.00%(43/50), 84.00%(42/50) and 88.00%(44/50), with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The total cost of group A was 1 619.2 yuan, group B was 934.4 yuan and group C was 1 177.6 yuan;the lowest total cost was group B.Meanwhile, the cost-effectiveness ratio of group A was 18.75, group B was 9.12 and group C was 14.47;the lowest one was group B .CONCLUSIONS: Atorvastatin calcium capsules can effectively control the blood liquid level of patients with coronary heart disease , with relatively lowcost .It is worthy of clinical promotion and application .关键词
