Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the application of antitumor drugs in the First People's Hospital of Kunshan ( hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”) , and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic .METHODS:Consumption ranking method and defined daily dose system ( DDDs ) analysis method were adopted to analyze the application of antitumor drugs during 2011-2013.RESULTS: The consumption sum of antitumor drugs was in a increase trend , the top three drugs ranked by consumption sum were respectively traditional Chinese medicine , antimetabolite and the other kinds of antitumor drugs; the top three drugs ranked by DDDs were respectively toremifene , tamoxifen and anastrozole . CONCLUSIONS: The application of antitumor drugs in our hospital are basically corresponded with principle of the tumor chemotherapy , and antitumor drugs with high efficiency and low toxicity are more likely to be applied and selected .关键词
