Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the role of clinical pharmacists in the pharmaceutical care for the patient with bronchial asthma , so as to promote the analysis of clinical rational drug use .METHODS: One patient with bronchial asthma admitted into Hami Central Hospital in Sept .2014 was selected to conducted the pharmaceutical care and analysis of rational drug use .RESULTS: According to the Guide for Prevention and Treatment of Bronchial Asthma , combined with pharmaceutical knowledge , clinical experience and the actual conditions of patient , the clinical pharmacists formulated a corresponding pharmaceutical care scheme which could improve the clinical efficacy , reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions and promote the rational drug use .CONCLUSIONS: The provision of corresponding pharmaceutical care according to the actual conditions of patient by clinical pharmacists can improve the asthma control rate and promote the rational drug use in clinic .关键词
