职业培训对新生代农民工就业质量影响调查研究--基于SZ市新生代农民工的案例研究

Abstract
Vocational training is the basic way to solve employment problem of new generation migrant workers. This study conducted the employment quality and vocational training of new generation migrant workers by interviews and questionnaire survey. Below are the conclusions: the satisfaction of present vocational training is not high; lack of understanding of vocational training; the participation in vocational training is low; the practicality of training content is not high; perceived value will affect the willingness to pay for the vocational training. Therefore, their willingness to pay is not high, the employment quality is also not high. In order to enhance the effectiveness of training on the quality of the new generation migrant workers, the following suggestions could be valued: strengthen the management of vocational training; strengthen the financial support of governments at all levels; guide the new generation migrant workers shift their understanding to vocational training; innovate the mechanism of vocational training.关键词
