吉林省高校分类管理的制度设计与策略思考
On the System Design and the Strategic Thinking for Classification Management of Colleges and Universities in Jilin Province

Abstract
Under the new reform background, it is pressing for developing higher education of Jilin province to innovate the thinking on macro ideas, management mode and management means, and constantly explore new ways and new methods. And the classification management is a valid path to improve the macro management. Therefore, it is suggested for Jilin province to build the classified guidance and management system for colleges and universities, the classified guidance and management system for construction of disciplines, the classified guidance and management system for personnel training, the classified guidance and management system for teacher professional development, and the university classification evaluation and differentiation funding system. Meanwhile, it is necessary to, at the specific implementation level, be stepped up efforts to formulate classification management policy, comprehensively promote the transformation of local colleges and universities, and actively implement the project of constructing characteristic and elite school.关键词
