Abstract
In the process of establishment of a comprehensive quality control management system, higher vocational colleges should perfect the intramural quality control management, and innovate management concept in terms of working organs and mechanisms. The suggestions are to introduce or import advanced quality management concept of outstanding performance evaluation criteria, set up the management and monitoring organization for school quality, guide all the staff implement quality management monitoring with scientific management program, set up the consciousness of full participation in quality management monitoring, improve management service level of all the staff, to improve the quality of personnel training.关键词
