中医综合疗法治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症生存质量评价
An Evaluation on Life Quality of Patients with Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis after TCM Comprehensive Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the life quality of patients with degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (DLSS) after TCM comprehensive treatment. Methods:112 cases of DLSS patients were all treated by TCM comprehensive conservative treatment, and evaluated the VAS score, JOA score and SF-36 score in followed-up. Results:107 cases of patients were followed, and 9 cases in which had turned to surgical treatment;after 2 weeks of treatment and 1, 6, 12 months in the follow-up, the VAS and JOA scores were both better than those of before treatment (P<0.05);after 2 weeks of treatment and 1, 6 months in the follow-up, the SF-36 score was higher than that of before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the effficacy and life quality of DLSS patients, but the patients still need continuous systemic treatment to main-tain the quality of life.关键词
