Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of MET manipulation for stiff neck. Methods:60 cases of patients with stiff neck were randomly divid-ed into treatment group (32 cases) and control group (28 cases), the treatment group treated by MET manipulation, while control group by conven-tional massage, observed the efficacy of two groups. Results:The overall response rate of treatment group was 96.88%, while that of control group was 96.42%, there was no statistical difference between the overall response rate of two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Compared with conventional massage, the efficacy of MET manipulation for stiff neck is similar, but the compliance of patients is higher, risks are more controllable and the treat-ment time is shorter, deserves clinical promotion and application.关键词
