The Effect of Comfort Care in Acute Appendicitis Operations

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of comfort care in acute appendicitis operations. Methods:120 cases of patients who would accept acute appendicitis operation were randomly divided into group A (60 cases) and group B (60 cases), the group A used conventional care, while group B combined with comfort care on the basis of group A, and compared the effect of two groups. Results:The operation time and complications occurrence of group B were significantly better than those of group A (P<0.05);the satisfaction ward environment, nurses' service attitude, nurses' communication skills, pain care and rehabilitation knowledge of group B were all higher than those of group A (P<0.01). Conclusion:The application of comfort care in acute appendicitis operation can significantly reduce the operation time, and the rapid postoperative recovery and good curative ef-fect makes the nursing satisfaction of patients higher.关键词
