论“案例教学法”在中医教学中的应用
The Application of Case Teaching in TCM Education

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of "case teaching" in TCM education. Methods: 120 students of TCM speciality of our school were randomly divided into control group (60 cases) and experimental group (60 cases), separately used conventional teaching and case teach-ing in daily teaching, and compared the results of clinical examination and satisfaction of teaching quality of two groups. Results:The results of clini-cal examination of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);the satisfaction of teaching quality of experi-mental group was higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:The application of"case teaching"in TCM education can effectively im-prove the master degree of clinical theory and manipulating knowledge of students, which is conducive to improve the quality of teaching.关键词
